Tr0 to TR10 in 90 days – Simple plugin for blog measurement and motivation

tr10forblog.gifI looked at my sidebar today and noticed I’d made it to TR10. :D

Yay me! Thanks to all those who have commented, without them I’d still be on TR0.

I’ve had the tumbleweed plugin on my blog now for about 3 months. Over that time I’ve noticed a steady increase in the comments on my posts.

Whilst this can probably be attributed to the blogs steady growth and readership and of course the fabulous quality of post and content ;) – it may nevertheless have been aided by the little fellow with the cross eyes and the number on his chest reminding me of my progress, ensuring that I worked that little bit harder to stay on track and keep a focus.

If you have a wordpress blog, and want to revive old posts or keep yourself on your toes then it could be just the thing for you. Download the latest version of it here.

Hi, I’m reading you via the No Nofollow | I Follow | DoFollow Community at Bumpzee, on the RSS feed.

What a great idea and a really cool plugin. I am definitely going to have to check this one out because motivation is something I could really use a healthy dose of.

Looking forward to reading more from you. :)

So have many duff old posts did you have to delete, or comment on yourself to achieve that? ;)

Damn you beat me to it, I think I have going to have to recycle some of mine to the front page.

That little subscriber button is looking health too, it used to look very sad back in the day with just 3

Hey Andy shhhhh…I didn’t think anyone would notice those deletions ;)

Actually I only realised when I hovered over the icon and saw a 7.9% figure, realised I should have had a TR10 icon and thought hmmn hang on whats up with that! Hence the little code rework.

You know I was thinking maybe I need to add a little means of enabling people to up thresholds, say 5 comments per post to qualify instead of 3.

As for the subs, I gotta way to go to catch up with you there yet! Can’t think who, but someone somewhere alerted me to the use of this feedburner plugin and the rest as they say is…

    :D
