I think its great that you have chosen to involve the community in the shaping of things, particulalry how youve reacted to and acted on critiques (nofollow for example) You guys have a great hands on approach and are obviously passionate about the project and attuned to the needs and aspirations of your users, a recipe for success if i ever saw one!
